Nenek : cucu ku yg paling kiut , pandai n hensem... Sebelum aku dpt strok baik kau biar aku buat keje cari daun palas..jangan kacau taw..!!! 
 
Cucu : yg betul2 nye ni nenek nak cari daun palas kew atau cari strok..? Strok tu ape..? Dia hijau jugak mcm daun palas..? 

Nenek : adoi banggang nye tanak phm..!!! 
 
Cucu: tanak..? sy cucu laa nek bukan anak nenek.. nenek stress kew nek..??

  I think today is the day that most of you have awaited the day when the car that promises to trigger a snowball effect of recovery at Proton.First Observation of Proton sedan were early this new year in April, but we really create 3D renderings to see in March. We had no idea she was a real car should be put into production.

   The high end high-end model gains extra features compared to the average model-line - anti-lock brakes and electronic brake force, disc brakes on all four wheels, two airbags driver and front passenger, remote trunk release .

Pocong di tengah jambatan kedua?




      BAYAN LEPAS - Segelintir penduduk di sini gempar apabila tersebarnya dua keping gambar mengenai kejadian penemuan pocong di tengah-tengah Jambatan kedua Pulau Pinang, Jambatan Sultan Abdul Halim Shah.

Pengguna laman sosial, Rahimi Ishak berkata, gambar berkenaan tersebar sejak beberapa hari lalu dan menjadi buah mulut penduduk setempat.

Menurutnya, melalui gambar berkenaan dengan jelas menampakkan seolah-olah terdapat imej yang berbungkus putih dan terbang tinggi.

“Kemudian ia berada di atas jambatan pada gambar kedua, kejadian dikatakan berlaku di tengah-tengah jambatan pada waktu malam.

“Saya sendiri yang mendapat gambar berkenaan memang terkejut,” katanya kepada Sinar Harian.

Bagi pengguna jambatan, Mohd Ali Mohd Noor berkata, dia pada mulanya terkejut melihat gambar berkenaan dan cuba bertanya kepada rakannya yang juga kerap menggunakan jambatan.

“Mereka kata ini perkara biasa, kalau dia nak muncul kita mana boleh halang, yang penting kita kena buat biasa saja.

“Lagipun ini bukan pertama kali berlaku cerita jumpa macam-macam makhluk halus atas jambatan, ia adalah biasa,” katanya.

Sementara itu bagi Zulkifli Zainal berkata, pengalamannya diganggu pada waktu malam ketika menunggang motosikal di atas jambatan pertama Pulau Pinang membuatkannya berwaspada.

“Bukan apa, kadang-kadang ada yang terlalu terkejut sehingga boleh sebabkan kemalangan, kalau yang tak kuat semangat, lebih baik elakkan.

“Saya pernah tunggang motosikal pada tengah malam di atas jambatan, setibanya di tengah-tengah, motor saya berat dan saya terpaksa menunggang lebih kuat dan laju, tetapi tiba-tiba ia menjadi ringan dan saya seolah-olah dalam keadaan tercampak ke depan, nasib baik saya boleh kawal motor.

“Kalau saya silap, bimbang kemalangan saja, apa pun kita kena tawakal kepada ALLAH SWT,” katanya.

Bagi pengamal perubatan Islam, Izzwandy Mamat, kejadian penemuan pocong di tengah jambatan adalah perkara biasa.

“Laut memang tempat tinggalnya dan mereka akan buat pelbagai rupa di kawasan mereka tinggal.

“Tidak dinafikan laut juga menjadi tempat kepada tukang perubatan membuang benda yang tidak baik, jadi ia bukan mustahil,” katanya kepada Sinar Harian.

Sama seperti manusia, makhluk halus berkenaan juga memenuhi setiap pelosok tempat.

“Malah jin boleh menyerupai pelbagai bentuk tidak kiralah pocong, atau hantu raya ataupun toyol,” katanya.

Beliau menegaskan, bagaimanapun rupa bentuknya, perkara tersebut hanya berlaku dengan izin ALLAH SWT.

“ALLAH mahu menguji sejauh mana keimanan kita, sama ada takut pada makhluk atau pada-NYA.

“Ia juga sebagai tanda supaya kejadian sebegini akan mendekatkan kita lebih kepada ALLAH,” katanya.

resepi orang kampung








Bahan-bahan ( 30 biji )
2 cwn tpg gandum
4 helai daun pandan-di blend dgn 1 cwn air
2 cwn santan
1 bj telur
secubit garam
sedikit pewarna hijau
sedikit gula
sehelai daun pandan-untuk sapu minyak

Cara-cara
-blend daun pandan & tapis ambil jusnya.

-masukkan kesemua bhn2 & blend sehingga sebati,

-panaskan acuan,sapu dgn sedikit minyak menggunakan sehelai daun pandan.

-tuangkan bacuhan tadi sehingga penuh kedlm acuan.

-masukkan sedikit gula keatas bacuhan td.

-tutup dgn tudung periuk sehingga masak.

-angkat & satukan kedua2 belah kuih td.

-sedia untuk dihidangkan.........
Bingka ubi yang lembut, lemak2 manis... :)










Bahan-bahan ( loyang 8 inc / 3 keping acuan pecah 8 )
600g ubi parut
250 g susu manis
150 g susu cair
150 g santan pekat
1/2 cawan gula merah
3 biji telur
50 g butter cair
1/4 sk garam
1/2 sk esen vanilla

Cara-cara
Campur kesemua bahan ke dalam mangkuk dan gaul hingga sebati.

Sapu loyang/acuan dengan sedikit mentega dan panaskan sebentar lalu tuangkan adunan tadi. Tabur bijan jika suka.

Bakar pada suhu 175C selama 45 min atau hingga masak dan garing bahagian tepi kuih ikut kepanasan oven masing2.

Biar kuih benar2 sejuk, potong dan hidangkan.

resipi kita

20140105_144949 sedap kalau dimakan bersama nasi putih....


Bahan-bahan ( 4-5 orang )
1 ekor ayam - potong 10, lumur garam, kunyit dan goreng hambal.
2 biji bawang besar - hiris bulat*}
4 biji cili hijau, merah - hiris serong*} - digoreng layu atau biarkan mentah ikut selera
1 batang serai - dititik
2 sb penuh taucu - disiram air dan toskan, ramas kasar jika suka
1/2 sb air asam / asam keping yang kecil (opt)
garam (opt), gula secukup rasa
secukup santan
segenggam bawang goreng
BAHAN KISAR HALUS :-
10 tangkai cili kering atau lebih ikut selera
1 biji bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 hiris halia
1/2 inc kunyit hidup
1 sk belacan (opt)

Cara-cara
Panaskan sedikit minyak lebihan goreng ayam, masukkan bahan yang dikisar halus, serai dan tumis hingga wangi.Masukkan taucu dan kacau rata. Masukkan pula ayam goreng dan kacau lagi.

Tuang secukup santan dan secukup perasa dan masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan pula hirisan bawang besar, cili hijau dan cili merah. Kecilkan api dan masukkan bawang goreng, kacau dan renihkan kuah selama 5-10 min.

Jika suka, boleh tambah kacang panjang yang dipatahkan 2 inc panjang ke dalam masakan dalam cara2 ke (2).
